Sophie is an experienced chief and enjoys creating food made from the best ingredients. As far as possible all produce is from local suppliers, but this is dependant upon season and availability. Only British meat is served.
Breakfast (either English or Continental), is included in the tariff. Breakfast is served between 8am and 9:30am. If early breakfast is required this can be arranged. It is also possible to arrange an evening meal, afternoon tea or a picnic lunch. These need to be booked ahead and are subject to additional charge. We are very happy to cater for vegetarians.
